Terms of Service

Effective August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your department’s and its users’ access to and use of BunkerTrack (“BunkerTrack,” “we,” “us”), a fire department inventory and asset management service available at bunkertrack.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, your department and its users agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BunkerTrack helps fire departments track equipment location, quantity, expiration dates, and inspection history across stations and apparatus. Departments are onboarded directly by BunkerTrack; there is currently no self-service signup.

2. Accounts

Each department has one or more Admin users who manage that department’s stations, inventory, and Member accounts. Your department is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during onboarding and for what its Admins and Members do with their accounts, including keeping login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

New departments typically receive a free trial period, after which continued access requires an active subscription at the flat monthly (or otherwise agreed) rate for your department. Billing and invoicing are currently handled directly between BunkerTrack and your department outside the Service. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, access to the Service is suspended, though your department’s data is retained for a reasonable period in case you reactivate (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store data you don’t have the right to store.
  • Attempt to access another department’s data or bypass account access controls.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s operation, or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
  • Share Member login credentials between multiple people.

5. Your data

Your department owns the data it enters into the Service. We don’t claim ownership of it, and we don’t use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service for your department, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Compliance and safety disclaimer

BunkerTrack includes fields for tracking dates relevant to equipment maintenance and PPE care and maintenance cycles, including reminders related to NFPA 1851. These features are informational reminders only. They are not a certification, guarantee, or legal determination of compliance with NFPA 1851, any other standard, or any applicable law or regulation, and calculated dates (such as an auto-filled retirement date) may not reflect the current edition of any standard, manufacturer guidance, or your department’s own policies.

Your department remains solely responsible for verifying compliance, for all decisions about equipment retirement, maintenance, and service life, and for any consequences of relying on information in the Service. BunkerTrack is not a substitute for your department’s own inspection procedures, manufacturer instructions, or applicable regulations.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, though we take reasonable steps to prevent both.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BunkerTrack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or equipment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including any damages related to equipment that was not maintained, inspected, or retired in accordance with any standard, whether or not the Service provided a related reminder. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount your department paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a department’s subscription at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; data handling continues to follow our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify department contacts directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BunkerTrack operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
